How do I open a member account?

Are you ready to discover new benefits? By becoming a member, you can benefit from: flexible payment conditions, access to your account balance, ability to manage your teams and therefore choosing who can make rentals or pickups in our branches. At the end of this guide, you will know how to embark on this exclusive experience!

Are you a company?

Note that only Company accounts can become a member. So, if you don’t have an account yet, create one and choose “Company” as the account type.

If you already have a Company account, log in and click on “Become a member” on the left menu.

You must now complete a 4-step form:

Step 1: Company Information

This information is for control purposes at the enterprise registrar level.

Step 2: Accounting and Business Reference

This information is for billing purposes. The contact details of the main contact in the accounting department and the 3 business references are mandatory. We will contact the suppliers for control purposes.

Step 3: Signatory Information

The signatory of the account application is the person responsible for signing our general terms and conditions of sale. This person then becomes the administrator of your Simplex account and can manage the staff authorized to rent or pick up your rentals in branch. They must be authorized to represent the company and be registered with the company register.

Step 4: Submit the request

Your request will be received from our credit team who will then review the accuracy of the information submitted. Then you will receive our terms and conditions of sale to be signed electronically.

In parallel, we will contact your business references. Once your membership application is accepted, you will receive a welcome email.

The waiting time can be about a day, depending on the information transmitted and the response time of your business references.
