This information is for control purposes at the enterprise registrar level.
This information is for billing purposes. The contact details of the main contact in the accounting department and the 3 business references are mandatory. We will contact the suppliers for control purposes.
The signatory of the account application is the person responsible for signing our general terms and conditions of sale. This person then becomes the administrator of your Simplex account and can manage the staff authorized to rent or pick up your rentals in branch. They must be authorized to represent the company and be registered with the company register.
Your request will be received from our credit team who will then review the accuracy of the information submitted. Then you will receive our terms and conditions of sale to be signed electronically.
In parallel, we will contact your business references. Once your membership application is accepted, you will receive a welcome email.
The waiting time can be about a day, depending on the information transmitted and the response time of your business references.
